Motive for joining Katsukichi
When I started working here as a part-timer, I was fifteen. I wanted fervently to work at a restaurant, and I applied for a job at Katsukichi in Suidobashi. The restaurant was vibrant and dynamic in those days, too, which amazed me when I first joined it.
