Mr. Satou moved to this restaurant in 2006, from one where he worked late at night. After gaining experience as a server and a cook at Katsukichi in Suidobashi and Shin-Maru Building, he is now working hard as manager at Shin-maru. He has a cheerful and open-hearted personality and seems to have won the confidence of his coworkers.
Motive for joining Katsukichi
Everything is made by hand and only fastidiously selected foodstuffs are used at this restaurant. I thought I could learn a lot here.
