On the cover of Modern Shokudo August 2024 issue! Chilled katsudon

Thank you for your continued patronage of Katsukichi. Thanks to you, we have many customers visiting our store every day in this hot weather. I am truly grateful.

Now, our summer tradition “chilled katsudon” is‘Modern Shokudo’We were featured in a magazine specializing in the food and beverage industry.

We were featured in a special feature called “Behind the scenes of hit menu development,” and many of our photos were featured on the cover.

 

 

When we released this product 23 years ago, we received a lot of criticism, asking, “Why would you sell a product like this?” It has often been said that it is impossible to cool fried foods based on common sense.

However, we have been receiving orders little by little every year, and now there are days when we receive orders for 100 servings a day. I am glad that I continued to sell without giving up.

I am truly overwhelmed by the fact that my work has been featured as a special feature in a specialized magazine. Thank you to everyone who always orders. thank you very much.
