Well, today is the midsummer of Katsukichi Hibiya International Building. Introducing the menu (from mid-July 2023).

 

 

This year’s Midsummer Cuisine (from mid-July) is Three kinds of appetizers (meat, boiled egg, potato salad), assorted fried vegetables (pumpkin, zucchini, asparagus) ), dashimaki tamago, scallop carpaccio, aubergine simmered in miso sauce, and mini chilled chicken breast cutlet bowl”. *We will be selling from 17:00 on weekdays.

 

 

This “chilled chicken breast cutlet (mini size)” will be sold only at the Katsukichi Hibiya International Building store. We would appreciate it if you could enjoy it after drinking alcohol.

 

 

Please enjoy seasonal dishes that are particular about the ingredients and freshness.

 

 

Assorted fried set meal for lunch only. The set meal comes with aojiso rice, red miso soup, appetizers, and shredded cabbage salad. Please enjoy the freshly fried taste that sticks to the ingredients and freshness.

 

 

 

 

We also have summer menus for banquet courses. Please feel free to use it for welcome and farewell parties. *Please make a reservation in advance for the banquet course.

*It is possible to add “Free drink plan” to the banquet course. This is a banquet-only plan that includes draft beer, highball, and authentic shochu. Please feel free to tell us.

 

 

In addition, we offer “specially made assorted fries” for summer meals (dinner). Tonkatsu and shrimp cutlet set meal. Please enjoy freshly fried with green perilla rice and Hatcho miso red soup stock.
