Greeting

It was about half a century ago that I ate a thick tonkatsu (pork cutlet) for the first time. I remember being surprised at that moment, thinking, “This is what the word 'gochiso' (a special treat) means.”

I always think that “gochiso” is something made by good customers, good employees, good dealers and good producers working in a unified fashion.

I've spent 28 years at Katsukichi in Shibuya and 9 years at Katsukichi Shin Marunouchi Building and 2 years at Katsukichi Hibiya.

I've been happy, blessed with good customers, good employees, good dealers and good producers.
